We work with most residential property types — houses, flats, HMO's and apartments across the UK. Properties should be in a habitable condition. We'll assess your property and let you know if it's suitable.
We typically offer 3 to 5 year lease agreements. Longer contracts are available for the right properties. The length is agreed upfront and fixed in the contract.
We maintain your property to a high standard throughout the contract. Minor wear and tear is covered by us. We carry out regular inspections and address any issues promptly.
